It is always strange how I repeatedly find myself in a room with the same people, whether it is in Brooklyn, at school, at the grocery store, or wherever. We always just find each other. I guess friendship is really a bunch of people whose messes get mixed into each other’s messes— on purpose or not.
The photo above is from a photo shoot we did last night for my friend Neil’s band, Terror Pigeon Dance Revolt. He painted my face with glue and there was so much glitter it could have been the set of a Katy Perry video. I can’t wait to see how the cover comes out, and I’m glad he wanted to involve our whole group of friends.
Side note: No one ate my cauliflower. Not even a taste. I am bitter. Am I a bad cook or something, because it tasted good to me?
